après la mise en marché réussie de valandraud et virginie de valandraud 2017 via les courtiers pour le négoce dit « de place » et l’offre de mon vin en « open market » au monde entier par tous mes collègues négociants. je suis heureux d’y voir encore des signes de confiance, des achats pour stock et des achats uniquement pour revente immédiate, sans stocks résiduels. voir mes vins immédiatement proposés dans le monde entier, dans des pays proches ou lointains, chaque négociant, petit ou grand, ayant des connections, amis, clients qui font leur richesse, leur valeur ajoutée (avec une marge de distribution très concurrentielle) vive la place de bordeaux qui permet de faire des échange sur place, je vends à a qui revend à b qui peut revendre où il veut ; voilà le système de la place de bordeaux : possibilité de revendre à un collègue un vin que l’on a eu en 1 ère main, ce collègue n’ayant plus de stock en provenance du château ou n’étant tout simplement pas allocataire direct ; ou mieux encore, le château n’ayant plus de stock à offrir ! certes, j’ai des amis, collègues propriétaires qui n’aiment pas cette liberté du négoce de place qui leur fait perdre une partie du contrôle de la destination de leur vin, en oubliant sans doute que cette liberté est acquise de fait à londres, genève, hong kong, et qu’il y aura toujours un « discounter » dans la chaîne de distribution, si celui-ci y trouve son intérêt. il en est de même pour la propriété bourguignonne ou le négoce champenois et sa distribution directe aux particuliers, restaurants, importateurs distributeurs, qui se trouvent bien démunis par les ventes aux enchères, le marché gris parallèle . alors si parfois, les propriétaires ne peuvent que se plaindre d’avoir trop de succès, c’est juste à cause de prix trop bas par rapport au marché. mais c’est une autre histoire. repost 0 published by jean luc thunevin - dans primeur vins de garage c'est dans l'air... commenter cet article 7 mai 2018 1 07 / 05 / mai / 2018 10:34 les chiens hervé bizeul, du domaine du clos des fées, a écrit sur son blog un très beau texte avec ce titre :« temps de chien ». du coup, je suis allé sur internet me renseigner sur l’origine de cette expression (et voilà au moins une raison de lire bizeul ! ) et, en cherchant, j’ai donc rencontré d’autres expressions comme « chienne de vie » ou « se faire traiter comme une chien » ce qui, je vous assure, n’est pas du tout mon cas ! pauvres toutous ! mais, peut-être ai-je dû penser très fort, à mes débuts, au dicton « les chiens aboient mais la caravane passe »… tout ceci car, après avoir eu hervé au téléphone, et avoir un peu parlé de nos vies, de notre aventure dans ce monde du vin et du fait que, moi, je ne communiquais plus trop sur mon blog , tant il me semblait avoir fait le tour, tant il me semble devenir de moins en moins légitime et courageux car, y écrire sur ce qui me révolte encore sur notre métier me semble difficile, moi qui suis devenu un homme heureux, gâté et n’ayant plus aujourd’hui qu’une vraie obsession : le temps qui passe. et le temps qu’il fait dehors..... surtout si c’est un temps de chien !
